Charter For Charity is the first Yacht Adventure Auction, organised quarterly in collaboration with the leading yacht brokerage houses in support of concrete missions of world-recognised Charity Organisations.
Every Auction presents unique experiential Lots, aiming to provide the bid-winner with an unrepeatable adventure on board well-reputed charter yachts, while supporting socially and environmentally responsible initiatives and resolving concrete issues around the world.

Maria Alekseenko
Founder and Curator
The concept was found by Maria Alekseenko, Monaco-based entrepreneur and yacht charter broker with 10 years of experience. As an industry insider, she shares the vision of main industry players, that yachting is entering a new era, where traditions should mix with new creative approaches to meet the values of a new generation of adventurous spirits. Throughout her years in the industry, Maria has realized fruitful collaborations with the biggest and renown global yachting industry players and acquired an important circle of HNW-clients.
Maria is a passionate sea-adventurer, philanthropist, board member of Monaco Shooting Club, photo-art conceptual creator and author-contributor in several international magazines.

Karina Talanceva
Partnerships & Business Development
Karina is a former founder and CEO at the Reference & Business Intelligence Club (RBIC), a trusted gateway to knowledge and reference for foreign businesses. The association, headquartered in Switzerland, with the main purpose to assist its members and partners with business development in new foreign markets and to establish their presence internationally.
Karina moved to California in 2016 to join her spouse where she launched www.smartaffinitygroup.com to help brands engage and attract new clients.
In 2018 she joined Experiential Yachting team and leads partnerships and collaborations.

Peter Economides
Strategic Adviser
Owner and founder of Felix BNI, Peter is a former Executive Vice President and Worldwide Director of Client Services at global advertising agency McCann Erickson Worldwide and Head of Global Clients at TBWA\Worldwide.
He has managed and grown leading ad agencies in South Africa, Hong Kong, Greece, Mexico and the United States.
Felix BNI clients have included Audi, Heineken Breweries, Coca-Cola, the International Olympic Committee, Affidea Medical Group, Seychelles Tourism, superyacht builder Oceanco and many others.
PETER ECONOMIDES

Peter has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hellenic Council of America and his work has been recognized by the US Congress.
He is Chairman of the Board at the leading global charity, Make-A-Wish International, based in Phoenix, Arizona.


Olga Nebo
Product Manager and Graphic Designer
Having a college of Art as a background, Olga Nebo was one of the first and well-reputed graphic designers in Minsk, Belarus at the end of 90-es. Moving to Iceland, she continued to produce booklets, books, photos, catalogues and different marketing materials working with local companies and also featuring the beauty of the country. Now based in Monaco, Olga plays an important role in the project. Using her experience, she refines and determinates the visual identity of the Experiential Yachting.

Kanav Sharma
Project Manager and Web Developer
Kanav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He worked for 3 different US based companies in India as Software developer. After 5 years of experience in MNCs he launched www.univisionz.com to provide services like website maintenance, web development, web design and mobile applications.
In 2019 he joined Experiential Yachting team. Kanav take care of website’s functionality, feature updates and monitoring.
